I must say it is the worst place to go if you don’t have 3 hours to kill. I got here at 2:20 (they asked me to be here by 2:30) it is now 5:47 pm and I’m still here. The techs are nice but omg I’m ready to lose it now. 1/2 hour to get a copy of a disc is unacceptable. Never again!!!!

It's almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, always sent to leave a message so it has become hard to make an appointment. The front desk REALLY needs improvement! All the other staff were very professional and pleasant.
My daughter went for an ultrasound and they lost it three weeks went by before we heard from them she was still having tremendous pain how they can be so laissez-faire with someone's health is unconscionable. In the meantime I had tried calling to get the results to no avail
The staff is friendly and courteous. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.
Totally Professional and totally understanding people. The facility is state of the art clean quick and the lobby is very nice confy to wait in the total experience is off the hook good. I went to have an MRI of my broken shoulder in November 2014. My therapist wanted to see a copy of the written evaluation. When i got a copy, i was amazed at the way the tecnician lied in his report. He indicated that he was unable to do a complete evaluation because i moved too much, in spite of him telling me repeatedly not to move. None of this happened at all.
