Went into the office to submit an application. Office staff was nice and courteous. She answered all my questions regarding the property. We’re still looking around but based on my visit this week and referral from a co-worker, this might be a good fit for us.
I visited the office a couple of weeks ago looking for a 2 bedroom. I was desperate to find something soon for my family because we had to leave our current rental in less than a month. The manager told me there were no available units and asked if I wanted to be put on the waiting list. Although she had other customers waiting to see her, she patiently explained the wait list process and told me the timeframe and also explained why it may take so long. Very organized and professional staff, beautiful property waiting list was a little too long for my needs but the front office manager Tamika if believe was her name, was very helpful in explaining the application process to manage my expectations based on my needs.
The leasing office needs new management. The current employee is rude, unprofessional, and impolite.
