I am a week post op from lasik right now and I can honestly say it was the best decision ever! I am scared of all doctors and all medical procedures 🤦🏻♀️ but from the second I walked in to this place I was greeted with friendly and smiley faces yet very professional and knowledgeable stuff! I have faith in Shreveport eye specialists because of faith in optics!! I had so much trouble getting to there because of my crazy work schedule! She made it so easy for me to get my glasses fixed under the warranty. All I had to do was have my buddy go by there and she fixed the problem in no time. 10/10 would recommend. Also, Roz is great.
Very clean environment .The staff was super friendly and efficient in their service . The doctor went over his finding and did not push me into making a decision right then . He let me know he was there when I felt ready .
They were great and explained everything. The service and the atmosphere is lovely.
