I went in for my yearly EDG. The staff has always been so kind to help prepare me for my procedure. I put my whole trust in Dr. Dies and the staff at GIS. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Considering why I was there, the staff made it as quick, easy, and painless as possible. Every single employee I encountered was ChickFilA-level nice. Two thumbs up.
I was a little apprehensive after reading the negative reviews as my husband was having procedures done on 2/18. But I must say absolutely EVERYONE was extremely nice and helpful. They explained everything, were very efficient. We did not feel rushed out or made to feel hurried at all! Rusty Slack was very nice as was Dr. Bienvenu, after the procedure he explained everything. Highly recommend. With that being said I understand everyone can have a bad day!
My husband had a colonoscopy a couple of days ago Dr Poch is very thorough and found a situation that needs to be corrected He was on top of everything and put us in the right direction We both totally trust him and would highly recommend him to everyone
While Dr. Bienvue and the nurse anesthetist were good, the support staff to include nurses, techs, and even front desk workers were terrible. I’ve never met such an unprofessional, condescending, and incompetent group of healthcare professionals. Avoid this place at all costs.
