I’ve rented from SBR going on 2 years, they have been so nice , understanding, patient, anytime i’ve ever had an issue they have been quick to resolve it with no extra fees, they have always been willing to answer any of my questions or concerns regardless of how many times i call with the same question. the whole staff is amazing & they actually care for / value their tenants. HIGHLY recommend, couldn’t be happier.
Applied to rent an apartment. Paid the application fee, and they immediately stopped contacting me after paying the fee. Never ran background and credit checks or reach out to my current landlord for rental history. They Refuse to return my phone calls. Looking elsewhere due to this scam organization
