If I could give Shreve zero stars - I absolutely would. I paid them over four thousand dollars to install a water heater in my condo and after countless service calls to report that it wasn't working - they started avoiding my calls and then ghosted me altogether. Not only do I need a refund of my original payment - but now there are damages to my unit and those beneath me as the water heater leaked large amounts of water over and over. Bad customer service, spoke to a gentleman who said he was the manager and said that Culpeper was out of their reach, even though Lowe’s said that they are the nearest subcontractor they have to Culpeper for a water heater warranty. And when I asked to speak to the boss, he hung up on me. -_-
