Avoid the one in Chestnut Hill, I dropped off an antique pocket watch over a month ago, just to get their opinion, they never even bothered to look at it. The lady who helped made it extremely apparent that this watch was not worth her time. She had that condescending tone the entire time I was in the store and also on the phone today when I called about it. It is the youngest clerk in their Chestnut hill location, unfortunate because the rest of the people who work there are great.
