Fist time at this place, they schedule me for an appointment at 11:00 am. At 11:45 they finally call me in to begin doing x rays and check my teeth. They told me I had no cavities and only a cleaning would be done. However, it was now 12:00 at noon and was told to come back in an hour because it was their lunch hour. I walked out and never came back dentist was unprofessional and arrogant!!
I first must say I am somewhat apprehensive at dental visits. Dr. Sheresta was great!! She has a very gentle touch; it was very nice to have someone who was so compassionate and understanding. I would recommend DC dental highly! The office is clean, well kept, and employees prompt professional staff. They also took my insurance and it was a hassle free experience from end to end. Ted
