Awesome staff, nice facilities and equipment. I’ve been going to Shred415 Sterling 2-3 times weekly, for past 6 months. Even though every class follows the same general structure, each day is unique with new exercises and fun music that keeps you going! Shreya is a great manager who is always super responsive, and David is an awesome trainer who keeps the class motivated!
