Shred415 is hands down one of the best workouts I’ve found. The instructors are incredible—motivating, high-energy, and genuinely invested in everyone in the room. The community is just as amazing—welcoming, supportive, and full of great people. I love that every workout is different, so it never gets boring and always keeps me challenged. Whether you’re just starting out or already in great shape, this place pushes you in the best way. Highly recommend!

Shred415 highlands ranch provides dynamic, challenging workouts where every workout is different! I absolutely loving taking Kierney and Lauren’s classes! They are motivating while pushing me out of my comfort zone! They are also able to modify any workout to fit each persons individual needs. I highly recommend this studio! I was very hesitant to switch from my large gym but I am so happy I did!

Love, love, love Shred415! I get an amazing total body workout - both cardio and strength - in an hour. I’ve taken classes with most of the instructors and all of them are great. They each bring something slightly different to the class. They offer energy and encouragement in the best possible way. I highly recommend you give a class a try!

I have been taking classes at Shred415 for the past month, and I am officially hooked. Their treadmills are top of the line, the entire facility is spotless, but the best part is the instructors. I have taken classes with Kierney, Tracey and Nikki, and I love their teaching styles, the way they check on your form, and most of all, the way they motivate you to do the best that you can.
