We had an excellent experience with Shred Spot here at Brite Logistics. Mark was great to communicate with — quick responses, an accurate estimate, and no hidden fees. His team arrived right on time and worked very efficiently, picking up nearly 200 banker boxes without any issues. The Certificate of Destruction was sent the next day. Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish. I wish all companies were this easy to work with! Highly recommend.
Service at Shred Spot was professional, organized, prompt and incredibly inexpensive. I received my certification of document and hard drive destruction (with pictures) promptly. There is no reason to go anywhere else.
I had a small amount to shred, about 20 banker boxes and the team at shred spot treated me like I was their only customer. They made my appointment, sent me a reminder the day before and showed up on the early side of my appointment window. The gentleman who came was polite, helpful, and very professional. I received the invoice and a Certificate of Destruction the same day. I am very happy with the whole experience.
Danny, Marc and Cesar were all incredibly helpful, friendly and prompt. They were willing to pick up in the city and everything was efficient and stress free. We had a great experience and are appreciative for their service! As a bonus it’s nice to know the paper will be recycled.
