Did not explain that forty pounds of paper material to be shredded had to go through one narrow slot on the container, nearly one item at a time. Took about twenty minutes to a half hour to finish depositing all of it. I was not prepared for that because during the phone call about their services, I was led to believe that all the material could be dropped off in bulk and that the receiving place would take it that way and dispose of it.
