I would like to inform all small business that even if you fulfill your obligation on there contract that they will auto-renew the contract. I used shred it for over a year and it just wasn't cost effective for my business to continue to have there service in my office. You can understand my surprise when I called to cancel my services after the year commitment I signed the contract for that they had renewed the contract.
