Signed a contract, no one ever called, I kept calling sales rep he said he couldn't help me he didn't schedule people, called customer service they said they would have someone call me... Still no one ever called me, then they just sent someone to my location without ever calling me or letting me know. We had to send them away because we were busy that day and we weren't ready for them!! I don't know what kind of business they are running but I cancelled them and went with someone else!! Terrible customer service!
Do not use this company. Errors within your account are never communicated. Communication between the drivers and dispatchers are non existent. They will go months without picking up your containers allowing them to overflow. Also, they will tell you that a driver will come on a certain date and they will never show up. Getting someone to speak to is a hassle. Do not choose Shred-IT. They do not care about your sensitive company information.
