Unprofessional and uncaring. I'm still bitter being out of almost $500 because they wouldn't refund me due to Covid. I get that things were tough then but I was ignored and was given horrible excuses as to why I couldn't get a refund. You guys are the worst.
Excellent instructors, challenging classes, in a lovely studio. Give them a try, you won't be able to stop coming back.
