Cindy is amazing! We have rented through her before and had no issues with the property. Moved back to yuma, rented through a different agency, and well *ahem -sub par*, the owner luckily changed agents to Cindy. We had so many repairs that needed to happen, and she had them happen instantly. The property has been transformed from a house to a home. She does not miss a beat! I will never buy a home that is being sold by Cynthia Shrader or has her name attached to it. I bought a home from her I didn’t get a key to my mail box. I had to go to the post office to get my mailbox re keyed. Paperwork was missing when closing. Cynthia is very unprofessional so be careful when closing or doing business with her.. People like Cynthia Shrader need to be held accountable ifor their actions!!!....

Lived in a home rented by Schrader Realty for two years never missed rent nor ever said anything disrespectful to the realtors but I couldn’t say the same in return not only did I get harassed by one of their employees family members that doesn’t even work there by saying I wasn’t man enough to stand there and let the realtor put his fingers in my face as I told them I wanted to discuss any discrepancies in the home.
