It would be much better if the office was more interactive with the residents, and have a better work order policy. The RSC @ Lincoln is great.
If you'd love to be harassed by thugs living as tenants in any of shp management managed buildings, or if you'd like to have your rights violated by this horrible corporation, this is the right corporation for you to send an application to, for a crappy apartment. Property managers cannot be worser trained to f--k up the few decent tenants.
The most corrupt housing corporation in USA. They are good at screwing tenants and stealing from federal and state governments monies for subsidies. The apartments are in bad conditions and many of the tenants are bad. Property managers are there to violate tenant's rights. Maintenance people are paid miserable salaries and have to work so hard. The bosses in Maine are a group of thugs.
