My favorite food truck before and after owner changes! I’ve done catering twice and Kevin was super helpful as I tried to determine what we needed for my graduation party last weekend. Everything was delicious and everyone was fighting over the musabis. Thank you again !
The Kalbi short ribs are great!
Wow!! This is some authentic, flavorful Hawaiian food right here. Meats (we got the teriyaki chicken, kalbi & kalua pork) were so flavorful, juicy and tender. Also very friendly service!
Excellent food and great service. Had the katsu and the galbi plate, both were delicious, and the butter mochi was good. The owner and employees were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back! Update: Been coming back, Shoyu Sugar is easily one of my favorite spots in Austin! The chicken katsu is crispy, juicy, and always hits.
