Never again As a travel agent, I was completely appalled at how they handled one of my clients booking for a Grand Canyon Tour. Firstly they couldn't find his reservation that I had made when he called to reconfirm 24hrs prior. After I called and gave a little bit of hell- the agent proceeded to tell me the tour was booked for the date that I booked my client on and that he would have to change his dates! Hello! Had a good time I have used this tour twice to arrange my vacation. I did my reservation over the phone. They picked me up from the hotel I stayed in and brought me to their ticket booths, so that I could pay for my tour expenses. After that, they showed me around the city in the A/C bus tour together with others. The driver that was also the tour guide was funny and he entertained us. Overall, the tour was great and I had a good time!
Showtime Tours: Not to be trusted In accordance with the instructions on my E-Travel-Document from Fun Jet, I called Showtime Tours (702-895-9976) at 10:21 am Las Vegas time on 5/25/2007 to receive the specific pick up location and time for our Grand Canyon South Rim Day Tour on Saturday, 5/26/2007. Anne Black of Showtime then informed me that Showtime no longer conducts Grand Canyon tours on the weekend and that our tour had been cancelled.
