I would not recommend this company. I was given the name and number by my insurance company. Called them 8-1-24 to set up for them to do the job. Chris came and took pics. Called again after tree was removed. Austin came 8-13, 8-14 and 8-15 to secure roof from leaks. After third trip told me couldn’t fix this problem I needed plumbers. Heard nothing for days. Excellent customer service! I recently bought a home that Showtime replaced the roof on. They fixed a problem that was actually caused by my siding company, less than a day after I called them.

Poor communication throughout process. Did not complete job as discussed. I asked them to replace any rotted fascia under gutters while up there. Only replaced half of them and covered the rest with new gutters. Will not respond to me about correcting the mistake.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and honest. It's refreshing to deal with contractors who do what they say they will and finish a job on schedule. Easy decision if you have a roof issue or want to build a home.
