So these people bought some property but tenants were not given 30 days notice of rent going up changes these are ppl who are not late on rent but within two weeks expected to pay new deposits,higher rent by the first...were given new leases to sign on the 17th just dropped off ...sounds like these ppl are going to need representation bc they are basically either going to sign leases pay higher rent with 2 weeks notice or be illegally evicted. You are still suppose to be given 30 days notice
