I do not even know where to start and there are not enough good words I can use to describe Showtime Collision and their staff. Let me start by saying I love my car and it was super babied and I was devastated when it caught a guard rail to avoid a head on collision. I was even more blindsided when my insurance company approved the fix and then weeks later totaled the car. There was no frame damage and air bags did not deploy. I just got my car back, a day earlier than expected, and if that weren’t enough it was detailed inside and out! With a cute little note from Holly and my favorite candy bar. Everyone I spoke with during this process was super friendly and informative. I chose Showtime because it’s walking distance from home but their customer service will keep me as a customer for the future.
By far the best shop anywhere. The work they do is amazing and so helpful during our recent visits. Would recommend them to anyone I know. Everyone we encountered at showtime were professional yet still felt like a family business. Thank you guys for everything!
I’m new To Running Springs , needed my New Forester repaired after losing argument with my retaining wall hidden in snow. Was happy to learn that there was a place here in Running Springs that my was recommended by my Insurance , very pleasantly surprised! If you need paint or bodywork done on your vehicle, you have found the right place. Took my Lincoln there and not only was the work amazing, insurance paperwork was handled, rental waiting for me when I got there. They made the entire process effortless, and done professionally. Customer Service receives a 10+🤠
