Face to face sales this company is probably okay, but good luck ordering online. False emails, false shipping dates and false tracking numbers that don't move. Hassle to deal with and that Chuck guy probably runs the whole show and can't handle everything on his own. He is most likely the owner, shipping manager, inventory manager etc who can't manage any of those properly. Good prices on parts, however you should call before ordering and double check if its in stock, they tend to lack website updates. They had a hard time finding a part for me, but refunded my money fully once I asked. No issues, make sure they have the part and your good to order.
