Asked them simple request of a call the night before service and they show up the morning of. I addressed this with owner Kevin and he was extremely rude and dismissed my request by saying, “we either call the evening before or the morning of.” Really? I asked for a call the night before and you can’t honor such a simple request? Then I don’t need a lawn service like yours. I guess it’s all about you Kevin!
