I stopped by Showmars recently and was seriously impressed. The chili with cactus is absolutely outstanding — rich, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and honestly something you don’t find just anywhere. You can tell it’s made with care and not rushed. Easily one of the best chili soups I’ve had in a long time. Because I really love Showmars flounder and the Mediterranean hummus salad I am giving a five star review. There is always room for improvement, however. The last two times including today that I ordered the Mediterranean hummus salad it came without… Hummus! What how can that be? The last time it happened I emailed and my order for that dish was credited to my account. Today I emailed and also called and the acting manager drove my hummus out to my house. 2 containers.
