They were not very polite and responsive, I had a small request but it was like I was not listened to at all once they received the money they forgot about customer service. I had to solve things by other means. For the price paid very little furniture! I recommend that first of all they give you an exact plan, which units and how many will be brought, or pictures or preventive design before payment.
They did a beautiful job with high quality pieces and worked hard to make sure I and the clients were happy!
Unbelievable experience with Showhomes. Nancy was incredible! Single-handedly sold my out of state home in Asheville for me. It was a fixer-upper and she made it beautiful and desirable for a sale. Met the buyers and made them feel comfortable with the renovations, and me with the whole process. An absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way.
