Very disappointed. I was looking for a door for my bathroom. I went to a place and they only had transparent doors. They recommended this place to me. I was happy to have found what I was looking for, the dark door that has a design. We went to give the down payment. They took the measurements and left without telling me anything. My husband wanted to surprise me the day they installed the door and I was the one surprised. They installed something for me that I didn't ask for. I feel disappointed in that place. We were happy to see more selections than clear glass, I make sure to tell them that we don't want sliding doors or clear glass. We went with the obscure glass and framed doors. At some point they changed our order for clear glass and installed in our bathroom. I complained and ask for them to switch it to the glass we agreed to. Now they want $575 more to do so with the excuse that it's my fault for not mentioning their charges before.
Really nice!! Start to finish, everyone I’ve interacted with has been very nice and easy to communicate with. Installation/service always prompt and friendly. We are very happy with our product and would definitely recommend this business!
