Regarding RIVERLODGE apartments in Columbus, OH. Between the horribly rude office staff, the break ins, the homeless people, the fights, the drugs, the charges you get for no reason, the homeless camp in the woods, the stabbings in the path, the constant helicopters flying above looking for people, staff that steals from their tenants and the broken car windows... Very upset. I called them because i needed to speak with them about how rudely the property manager was to me and after 3 messages no one has called me back. None of there staff told me about complaint forms till the end of my lease. They told me to not cause issues for other residents when i needed to file paperwork for being stalked. They dennyed my roommates companion animal despite him having a doctors note and would not try to re file the paperwork.
