I was referred to Showcase from my local Realtor. The owner Jeff was very quick to come for the estimate and his polite, professional demeanor was a welcome change from most contractors. I got 3 bids and Showcase was in the middle but Jeff won the job with his honesty and experience. The sliding door arrived earlier than expected. Jeff came in and measured everything for us. He asked for a window of availability, then scheduled the installation. I get a call saying they’ll be installing on a certain day with maybe a 2 day notification but we would not be available on that day. He seemed agitated that we had to reschedule for a few weeks later as they seemingly don’t have a storage location for windows. We would give them a zero if that were an option. BAD customer service. And just ok installation. We didn't put in our screens until after we paid because construction was still going on and we didn't want them to get damaged. Once we installed the slider double screens were missing a piece and the regular slider screen didn't even fit. Call after call with no resolution. After months now we're going to have to give up and purchase a new screen for our slider. Also, they told us they would be giving us some sort of paint or ... read more
