Lovely gym for anyone, but especially for those trying to truly work towards a goal/meet or any event in any sport. Between the handpicked bodybuilding/power lifting equipment and the environment, this is what a place like crunch/LA fitness doesn’t want you to know can exist.
Just started last week and it is an amazing gym!
There are many good things about this gym but these positives have an equal amount of downsides. This gym has 24/7 access for the most part. The reason I say this is because you might come in and get what you expect, a gym membership you paid for. However, you might roll in on a Friday afternoon and half the gym is torn apart with equipment just completely gone. So much for consistency, right?
