Cristie and Anna are the best property managers I’ve had. They are very thorough in making sure they have good tenants for the property owners who trust them to manage their properties as well as ensuring the tenants are comfortable in their rental. I have had a few things need repair and usually am nervous calling or letting property managers know because in past experiences I’m made to feel like I did something wrong. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They let an owner ignore a mold problem despite me having serious health issues despite it. They told us just to sue the owner. Terrible terrible.
Very poor property management. Everything that was brought to their attention during our stay was blatelntly ignored. Majority of the deposit was eaten by pre-existing damages that were unattended when reported. Super unprofessional and condescending. Will never rent from them again.
