total lack of communication to HOA members. E-mails go unanswered. manager of our property changes every few years. have us use an outside site, appfolio, for communications, but there is no where on the page to communicate with Showcase, or our board members. There is a maintenance request area, that appears to be looked at very infrequently. ( I put a request in 9/24 with no response as of yet.) I will be recommending our HOA look at other vendors for the upcoming year.
