I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this property management company in Cape Canaveral. Lynn, in particular, manages several of my properties, and unfortunately, the level of service has been very disappointing. As someone who invests in multiple properties throughout Brevard County, I rely heavily on competent, responsive management—and that just hasn’t been the case here. Horrible property managment. No reponse for weeks on issues. emergency calls and emails left unanswered adn need to call the company to escalate to managers/ owners. ask for meeting, no reply or meeting set up for over a month. The list goes on....
Stay away from them. Especially Kathy, she’s rude unprofessional, and sarcastic. Not friendly at all, I worked with clients from VP to CEO for over 20 years and she’s just a small ant among others trying to work her way up there. Never had been treated so unkindly over the phone. Animals are so much nicer than her.
Absolutely 0 STAR!!!! These guys are complete scammers and total jerks… we have been renting a property managed by them for 12 + 6 months in total and it was our worst experience ever. Communication is inexistent, unprofessional and actions taken leaning towards some illegal activities… Property had many issues when we moved in including AC glitching, small roof leak, windows not shutting or locking, not cleaned overall… it took us months and constant battling to get it fixed.
