The negative sides: I never met the owner to discuss property issues such as the HVAC system, refrigerator, rotten fence on the property, garage door issues. This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. The manager refused to give my deposit back even though I had the house deep cleaned by a cleaning company and the carpets steam cleaned. The manager did not visit the property at all during the four years that I lived there. I have rented and owned several properties in the past and I have never been treated this way. The manager is very rude. I am very disappointed in this company.
