I tried this mechanical car wash and the second time trying it, the machines ripped off my driver side mirror. The company said they reimburse for damages however I've only been getting the runaround from the owner ******. I even filed a bbb complaint and he hasn't responded to them either. They had me fill out incident reports and bring quotes but yet I have not received a reimbursement and it's been 3 months since the incident."
