Terrible company. Scam ! STAY AWAY ! Does not have good moral people working for them and will rip you off. They will throw things away and then make up a contract that covers them for doing shitty work ! The company needs to be sued for everything they got !

Very bad company will not recommend it for anyone they make me life in the hotel for 6 months with 3 kid and pregnant for a 4 weeks jobs and all what they replace is already bad
While this builder builds beautiful homes, buyer beware. There is a chance the paperwork for a property could be incomplete, closings could be delayed, and possibly property information not disclosed. Don’t offer Due Diligence, because builder will not be willing to refund no matter the circumstance. This builder kept our $7,000 DD (and my husband is a disabled vet) even though the property did not close at no fault to us. I would be very hesitant to do any sort of business with this builder.
