Driving down i84 on the CT/MA boarder on 9/11/22 @ 12:18am heading back into CT and one of the flat bed tow truck drivers was all over the highway. He cut someone off causing them to have to slam on their brakes. While passing this individual, the driver was looking down at what appeared to be his phone with out looking up.
Brain was really awesome. Was on a family trip had car troubles and he got our car back home to Maine and didn't rake me over the coals.. The nicest person I interacted with in Connecticut.
We got a blown tire in the middle of Connecticut after 10 pm and Shane from Showcase was there to help us out within minutes! Amazing. Seriously do not know where we’d be without him.
Bill is a really knowledgeable and great guy.
