Very upsetting experience at the Showcase store in Promenade Mall. I came to the store to buy a toy for my 11-year-old daughter. She was very excited and opened it right in the store, in front of two employees. A piece of the toy immediately fell off. We asked the staff if everything was okay and they told us it was fine. I bought a Dubai chocolate bar and when I opened it and tasted it, it had a disgusting flavor. The paste inside was dry and tasted like vinegar. I bought the "buy 3, get 1 free" promotion, which was a bad idea. It's the most disgusting thing ever, and they won't give you a refund. They say they expire in two months, but they're awful. The man who served me was useless at offering a solution.🤮🤢

Very good store, very clean, very good management and staffs. I would 100% shop here again. I have been at showcase before in other locations but this store was the best I have ever been to, very nice staff and well spoken manager made my shopping experience amazing.
