This is obviously a chill place to work, but there has to be at least a little professionalism from young staff. It's super awkward walking into this store when three staff members are behind the front counter together in a little circle, gossiping and socializing. Two were leaning back on the counter, facing the complete opposite way, with their backs to customers. The third appeared to be scrolling on her phone, chatting with the other two.
