My son is autistic. Me him usually like the store (even though the prices are a bit high). We bought a toy that broke almost immediately. It was 40 dollars and it broke in my son's hands who is quite gentile. They act like they are there for disabled people but are Clearly not because when I went to return the product I was told no refund ( no sense of understanding) and they gave me the same piece of junk and refuse to give me my money back. Great stuff at Great prices
I was in there with my husband the other day, sorry that my work backpack makes you guys think I'm a thief. Not all of your employees have to come and harass my husband and I when we're just looking around. Not a welcoming environment.
This store is majorly price gouging customers now that it’s Christmas. I went to buy a gift for my child that was originally $19.99 last month and now it’s $39.99. The jacked the price $50% I wont give stores my business if it’s their business to blatantly price gouge. I told the clerk, that it was outrageous and I wasn’t interested in purchasing it anymore. He said he was sorry and the other clerk, let’s call her Karen. She had short black hair with poorly drawn on eyebrows, said “DON’T APOLOGIZE!!!!” Bad business.
Love this store. Very unique merchandise. Lisa is great to deal with.
