Completely unprofessional - the worst showcase store experience. Played victim in a situation where it could have been clarified. No customer service skills whatsoever. I asked for a manager response was short and basically rolled eyes stood there continued to talk crap with other customers behind us our way out. - some sort of screening should be conducted. Will not shop at this location again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour after making a $220 purchase.
If I could give 0 I would. I bought a squishy ball for over $10 and within the hour the plug came out and the inside of squishy came out everywhere. Went to return it and they claimed it wasn’t a manufacturer error so they can’t do a return. I didn’t pop it. The plug came out, you should be able to squeeze a squishy toy without it breaking in 1 hour. What a scam of a store this is. I will never be coming back. Don’t waste your time here.
TLDR; Horrible service, called me and my fiancé and other customers unrelated to us liars, told us we’re trying to scam them to get another chance at a new doll, lied to our faces and wouldn’t honour their own exchange policy. Just order online save the headache of going into this store. Karen is for sure a Karen lol. Karen also said I couldn’t order it online ordered it as soon as I hung up the phone right off show case website. Shopping in stores is a thing of the past. Such a headache
