Absolutely love shopping here. The girls are always so friendly and fun! Whenever I am at the mall I stop by just to see what's new in store and to visit the staff!

My friends and I came at the store a few minutes ago and the two worker; one who was actually trying to help us out and the other who gave us such an attitude by asking ‘trying’ to ask a simple question. When we entered we weren't even greeted and they were just talking like there was not any costumers in the store. We were just wondering if there were any sales on their sanrio stuffies. My kids accidentally bought a wrong candy for $5 while shopping in the mall, came back a minute later- asked to exchange it, and store refused based on the fact that its final sale. I came and talked to the manager and despite me explaining that the package is unopened and they are just grabbed a wrong type of candy (it was a bag with jellies) store insisted: no exchanges.
