I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. I purchased a plush and a specialty Pokémon card pack for around $40, which I understood was a higher-priced item. While I was completing my purchase, the store manager began describing a new “experiment” where customers open their Pokémon packs in-store and trade cards with the store’s collection. Bought a pack of pokemon cards for what I thought was a high price but got them anyway. Went to another store in mall that was selling 3 packs for the same price, went to return them after 5 minuets but they refused. Very bad prices and service.
Would not service me. They wouldn't even say hi when we walked into the store. I was ready to buy two items. But they were just talking with each other. I ended up just putting the items back and just leave. I felt so discriminated.
