I called my home warranty company due to a plumbing issue. They assigned Brandon to come out and look at my issue. He was scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. he did in fact come to my house an hour before his scheduled appointment time. He did not attempt to call or text to let me know when he was coming and approximately what time he would be there. I wouldn't have known that he was even there if I didn't look back at my cameras. This individual is not to be trusted. He lied to me and lied to home warranty company. Said he replaced and repaired my plumbing issues to the company. So now I have to pay for another contractor to dispute this claim. Thanks for nothing.
This company was contracted through my home warranty, and they came out to do work in the summer, and now I'm having problems with the system. When I went up in the attic, the tech completely messed up my system. He is the only tech to work on this system since I purchased my house. Now the LCD screen is broken and has tape over it, the insulating trim that keeps air from the attic from being sucked into the system is missing or messed up, the screws to hold the covers on are missing, and the indicator lights are broken.
