Why does it take 3 months to be seen at this clinic? I had an appointment i have been waiting on for 2 months and the VA just called to reschedule. Now i have to wait another month. There is absolutely no reason our veterans at the Show Low clinic should have to wait 3 months to be seen. We deserve better from you!
Great clinic, friendly staff! They really help the vets on this mountain. I'm glad they have a location here.
They helped me to transfer information from New Orleans VA, to Phoenix and Show Low VA. They actually found some things that needed attention. I'm very pleased with my treatments and the doctors and social worker, and all staff has been kind.
Why can't you call the Show Low clinic directly without having to go through the Phoenix VA??? Very inefficient! Also had a physical therapy appointment I had to wait months for, then they called me cuz the physical therapy guy decided to take time off...no one else can fill in for this guy?? Where's the "continuity ". Why not have a trainee or something? Not a good experience at all.
