Had a appointment schedule at 10:00 waited to 10:30 No one ever showed up called the phone number messaged the person that sent me the address and nothing. What a waste of time.
The people there were really nice and they are cost effective. But I think they can improve in professionalism. They were late, they said it would only take 1.5 hours but it took way longer, and at the end they rushed me out because they had to go. Also, there was very little instruction from a staff member; I mainly sat in a room by myself and watched a video. (Which I felt I could've done through an online program at home.)
