I found a very beautiful, unique flower arrangement that I had to have. I paid for it ahead of time. With everything going on and our party having to leave town for the funeral gathering, the order did not get picked up. Shotwell was kind enough to refund the money in our time of need. The lady who called about the order made sure to call back after getting the ok to give us a refund. She was very considerate and left a lasting impression.

I ordered flowers last night for hospital delivery today and they were delivered already. I am happy with the swift delivery. I also appreciate that the floral shop called me about substitutions before delivery. The only thing I wish was that I could have received a picture prior to delivery since there were substitutions made just to visibly see the finished product. I have to trust that the flowers are beautiful since I can’t be there to see but this would be a nice feature to have even if only for substitution scenarios.

My sister passed away May 23. Two days later a beautiful bouquet of flowers were delivered to me from close friends of mine. I enjoyed them for 22 days!! Amazing.
