I ordered a Birthday arrangement and it turned out amazing and thank you to the wonderful delivery driver for going back to re-deliver the arrangement when the recipient was available!!!

Im sorry, I normally love Shotwells. Their store is beautiful and their people are genuine. But this mothers day arrangement my loving husband had delivered is terribly ugly. Maybe my husband played a part, i dont know, but this just looks like you ran out of materials and I got the scraps. The light pink roses look bruised. The hydrangeas look as if their only job is to take up space. All inside this hideous pink vase that the mouth is so wide the flowers are falling in. There was no thoughtful design to this.

Great customer service. Wanted a special floral arrangement made for a funeral, for a hunting friend. They did a great job, it had a deer and it looked like it was in the fall.
