Customer service was thoughtful and warm. I found something a little extra than what I was searching for. That gave my intent a little extra grace. I like this shop and will shop here again.

Aurora was so kind and helpful. When I placed an order she let me know the room I was sending to was in ICU. She cancelled the order. I found out just a couple hours later that my friend was moved out of ICU. I called and Aurora helped me place a new order and would have it delivered early the next morning! She was just so fabulous!
