I was standing around waiting for them for 2 hours just for them to come and say they weren’t going to take anyone and wanted us to go to the next location in Westminster and I was in Owings Mills .who know it could’ve been a lot of people waiting in line there and we were first never again will I ever come back this will be the 3rd time this happened NEVER AGAIN BAD PLACE!!!
1. Very disorganized-They roll up behind a PetSmart in a minivan, but you won’t know that. The staff in PetSmart didn't know that, either. 2. I had to cancel one pet’s services because she was afraid of them. I had prepaid, so I had to call the office to get refunded.
