Update: Not sure why my order got lost in the cracks but after leaving this review their pharmacy team and customer service teams reached out and resolved the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This company is a complete joke AND they steal your money. I paid $400 for medication for my pet. It was never shipped.
