This is for the Granbury Texas location, bought a Tahoe from them, they promised to repair dents in left and right rear quarter panels, stopped answering phone calls and texts, 3 emails unanswered, no resolution, buyer beware will promise you and not deliver.
The service at this dealer ship is the worst I've ever experienced at a Toyota dealership. Service department replaced brake pads, which caused a screeching in the mornings/after sitting. Took it back to them two times to address the issue. Service manager was on an extended lunch and GM refused to speak with me about the issue.
